What happens if my booking shows "Pending"?

A booking is considered confirmed only when the status is “Confirmed.�

If your booking stays in “Pending� the slot is not confirmed, and any deducted amount will be automatically refunded the same day.

Can I book multiple courts at once ?

Yes, you can select and book multiple courts in a single booking once logged in.

What happens if I cancel a booking ?

Cancellation charges apply based on how early you cancel.

Refer to the Cancellation Policy under Arena Information for detailed charges and refund rules.

What if I arrive late for my booking ?

Your playtime is limited to the original start and end time.

Arriving late does not extend the booking duration.

What if I do not show up for the booking ?

It will be considered a No-Show.

The booking amount is non-refundable.

Can I make a partial payment for my booking ?

No. Sportsea requires full payment at the time of booking.

What should I do if the court is already occupied ?

Please check with the arena staff immediately.

My amount was deducted but the booking failed. What should I do ?

Don’t worry — if the booking fails due to payment or technical issues, any deducted amount will be refunded within the same day.

Can I edit my booking after payment ?

Editing booking details (date, time, court) is currently not supported. You must cancel (as per policy) and make a new booking.

Can I transfer my booking to someone else ?

No, bookings are non-transferable.

How do I check my refund status ?

Refunds for failed or pending bookings are processed automatically.

You can check your payment source (UPI/Bank/Wallet) — refunds typically reflect within 1 business day depending on your bank.

Do I need to show any proof at the arena ?

Your booking ID or the Sportsea confirmation screen is sufficient.
